Finally, the fire hydrant problem is no longer confined to dogs. For years there has been the popular image of a dog marking his territory on a local fire hydrant, now comes this news that fire hydrants are attractive to others as well. Theft is no laughing matter, but it is nice to know that dogs will not be the sole party to blame in the future for fire hydrant abuse.
