Pennsylvania Limits The Size Of Dog Kennels
With all of the attention recently on puppy mills and disreputable dog breeding businesses, many localities are taking steps that will make the abuse of animals harder to get away with. Pennsylvania is just one state that has gone so far as to limit the size that a dog kennel can be. Many dog kennels squeeze as many dogs as they can into small cages for the pure purpose of breeding more and more puppies to sell. This can be very profitable, but also results in poor health and a low quality of life for the dogs both born and raised there.
Way to go Pennsylvania!
